C. Albert Blomquist has been a member of many punk, metal, and indie bands over the years. His love of traditional honky-tonk music culminated in a debut album featuring 10 original compositions in the Fall of 2020. The follow-up “Hug Your Neck” was released October 6, 2023.
Tim Wells – you know that he is a pure delight. This kindergarten teacher is the host of the Morning Glory Kids Radio Hour on WHUP Saturday at 8am, plays with the Carolina Cutups, and teaches music. Tim performs Cajun, Old Time and Bluegrass for weddings, parties, festivals, and dances.
John Howie, Jr. has led Two Dollar Pistols and Rosewood Bluff for 20+ years. He is a noted country/honky-tonk singer. He has used his place in the musical community of North Carolina to support the local LGBT community.
