Mary Rocap’s songs find inspiration in the natural world and our place within it; the sea and stars are prominent features of her landscape. The other is her attempt to walk in faith, acknowledging that doubt is never far behind. In addition, she is a quilter, baker, bookkeeper, and chronicler.
Kim Lane has been a poet since she was very young, then grew up to become a singer-songwriter and a co-host of WHUP’s Pass the Hat. As far as she’s concerned, it’s never too late to do your thing, so she does just that.
Anna La Mare and her voice are a dynamic duo that showcase the versatility of Americana music at its core. Her sound is a dramatic blend of roots and Celtic storytelling entwined with the darker essences of the Southern Gothic palate.
