Moonshiner’s Luck is an acoustic string band based in Orange County, NC. The members include John McNeal (lead vocals, guitar), Clinton Brooks (Lead Vocals, Violin, Guitar), Nat Smith (backing vocals, Bass), and Al Segars (backing vocals, Banjo, Guitar). The group is grounded in pop and country music played in the style of a swinging Appalachian rhythm. You will hear songs from the Rolling Stones, Glen Campbell, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Little Feat, Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead, as well as original tunes and traditional instrumentals. The sound and rhythm will get your feet tapping and your voice singing along (both are encouraged).
