Yonder Songwriter Showcase

Wyatt Easterling first came to Nashville as a folk singer and signed with former CBS label head Rick Blackburn. As head of A&R at Atlantic Records, Wyatt signed some of country music’s biggest names. In time, he signed as a writer with DreamWorks Publishing, API, and EMI where he had songs recorded by the likes of Dierks Bentley and Joe Diffie. He was twice a finalist in the prestigious Kerrville New Folk contest.

Kirk Ridge has had songs featured on NPR’s Car Talk and Belfast’s Celtic Roots Radio. His lyrics have been published in American Songwriter Magazine, and he was highlighted in the 2020 NCNPR Tiny Desk Special. Kirk is performance director for Durham CenterFest and co-hosts the weekly “Pass The Hat” radio show on WHUP that features live original music.

Thomas Anderson is a hopeful romantic and with good reason. With help from the Thomas Anderson Band and other kind souls, he created his newest album “Play Your Guitar” while falling in love, getting married, and moving from coast to coast. It’s been a wild ride!
